A German born artist, Pipka creates sculptures of old world figurines
starting with full color paintings. Next, a clay sculpture is made before
casting a mold. From the mold comes a cold cast resin figure that is
sanded for detail, then hand painted by artisans. These beautiful collectibles
are also accompanied by stories, myths and traditions born of the fairy
tales Pipka learned as a child.
